Our population in Purvanchal is having various inefficacious problem leading to acute kidney failure like malaria etc. Many of such patients are dying due to either non or delayed treatment of kidney failure.

CRRT AND SLED
These two modalities of dialysis are been given to critically ill patients with hypotension, hepatic failure, ARDS and multi organ failure. No other center in whole Purvanchal can provide such a treatment. This is among few centers in India, which is using Gambro Prisma CRRT machine. It is the world class machine by which all possible modality of CRRT including CVVH, CVVHD, CVVHDF, SCUF, plasma pheresis can be done. It can be done in ICU at bed side. This is the most modern way to dialysis critically ill patients. Survival of the patients is much better than conventional hemo-dialysis which is not possible for critically ill patients with Hypotension.

This procedure is being done to find out cause of acute renal failure and nephrotic syndrome. This is being done by disposable biopsy gun in ultrasound guidance .Hence the post biopsy complications is minimum.

This is for patients with chronic kidney disease who want to do their dialysis at their home. CAPD catheter is being placed by surgical and by GUID WIRE technique. Patient is being train to use dialysis at home during hospitalization.

We are doing Bicarbonate hemo-dialysis which is most physiological type of hemo-dialysis. This is the only center in Varanasi which is providing 24 hr. emergency dialysis.
